A New Attitude in Tallahassee?

As widely reported today, Governor-elect Charlie Crist promises -- dare I say it? -- a "kinder, gentler" administration when it comes to the Public Records Law and open government. Here's the Tampa Tribune's account.

For the moment, I'll restrain myself and not comment on the so-called compliance "surveys" conducted by the First Amendment Foundation and its media accomplices . . . er . . . members.
